Account Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our dynamic team in Bellshill. As a key member of our facilities management sector team, you will be responsible for driving business improvement initiatives and ensuring compliance with statutory and company procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management: Oversee and ensure the financial performance of the contract, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to all relevant laws and regulations, managing risks related to safety, health, environment, and quality.
  • Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong, sustainable relationships with clients and related organizations, delivering exceptional service across multiple locations.
  • Operational Performance: Collaborate with operational personnel, suppliers, and sub-contractors to enhance contract performance and achieve business objectives.
  • Performance Monitoring: Set, monitor, and control SLA's and KPI's, ensuring accurate logging and recording of work in the client/company's asset management system.
  • Contract Review: Regularly review contract performance and work closely with the Regional Manager to agree on future plans and strategies.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Previous account management experience within building services, facilities management, or social housing environments.
  • Leadership: Proven track record in people management, capable of leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong technical background with qualifications in H&S, M&E, and water systems (HSG274).
  • Compliance: Experience with CAFM systems, Microsoft Office, and familiarity with relevant legislation.
