Job Summary:
Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled Financial Reporting Senior to join our Business Services and Outsourcing team in a dynamic role that requires collaboration with various clients across different industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently plan and deliver work on assigned portfolios, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
- Seek assistance from colleagues and managers for complex issues, leveraging expertise to drive project success.
- Communicate effectively with clients to resolve queries and provide exceptional customer service, ensuring seamless account management.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned portfolios, providing leadership and guidance to junior team members when necessary.
- Collaborate with the team to provide accounting assistance to clients, driving business growth and development.
- Complete client onboarding procedures, ensuring a smooth transition and optimal client experience.
Requirements:
- Must be a Qualified Accountant (ACCA/ACA) or possess equivalent experience, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with knowledge of accounting software such as Xero, IRIS GP accounts, and Sage being a plus.
- Experience in team collaboration for project delivery, with a proven track record of driving results and achieving goals.
