About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Development Executive to support our Business Development Manager in driving the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Oversee the administrative functions of business development, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, managing correspondence, and maintaining CRM systems.
  • ITAD Sales and Account Management: Apply your knowledge of ITAD sales and account management to help build and nurture strong client relationships.
  • Technical Sales: Use your technical sales expertise to understand client needs and recommend the most appropriate IT solutions.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Support the strengthening of existing client relationships by addressing inquiries promptly and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Sales Reporting: Assist in preparing regular sales forecasts and reports for the Sales Director, contributing to the company's strategic planning.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, ideally within the IT lifecycle industry or a related sector.
  • Organisational Skills: Exceptional organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks and client accounts effectively, ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of interacting professionally with clients and colleagues at all levels.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with various software applications and sales tools, including CRM systems.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in reports and documentation.
  • Self-Motivation: The ability to work independently, set personal goals, and stay driven to achieve them.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues, contributing to a positive work environment.
