Your Responsibilities:

  • Leadership Development: Cultivate and mentor your team, fostering career advancement through constructive feedback and learning opportunities.
  • Technical Oversight: Act as the technical advisor for your team, emphasizing quality, performance, reliability, scalability, and maintainability. While this is not a hands-on position, your expertise will guide system design and architectural strategies.
  • Utilize metrics and reporting to drive continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate design and planning sessions by clarifying uncertainties, addressing dependencies, and providing high-level engineering estimates.
  • Collaborate across departments to enhance the engineering experience at Motorway.
