Senior Technician Team Leader

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading global insurance broker based in the City of London, with a presence in over 140 countries. As a Senior Technician Team Leader, you will play a key role in providing bespoke risk solutions across a diverse range of classes and industry sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the placement and servicing of North American non-marine lines into the London & overseas markets by ensuring all post-bind technical processes are completed effectively.
  • Verify or obtain MRC's, endorsements, certificates, and policies.
  • Submit documentation for signing to bureaux and non-bureaux markets.
  • Process transactions and create credit/debit notes.
  • Investigate and resolve premium and policy issues.
  • Support and guide more junior team members.
  • Provide a general overview of all post-bind operational/technical activity to ensure accuracy.
Requirements:
  • Previous working experience in a Lloyds/London Market technical or operations support type role.
  • Familiarity with London market documentation and IT platforms.
  • Understanding of the processes required to place risks into the syndicate & company markets.
  • Exposure to North American property and/or casualty classes is desirable but not essential.
