*Key Responsibilities:*
As a Chaiiwala Area Manager, you will oversee multiple locations, focusing on sales growth, customer satisfaction, and team development. Your duties will include:
  • Traveling to various stores to monitor performance and celebrate achievements.
  • Identifying areas for improvement and setting performance targets.
  • Inspiring and guiding teams to enhance the customer experience, ensuring each location embodies the Chaiiwala spirit.
  • Empowering store managers and teams to achieve sales goals and develop their careers.
  • Conducting store audits and evaluations to maintain high standards.
  • Promoting a positive and enjoyable work environment.
