Role Overview:
As a Subway Area Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing several stores within a specific territory, playing a crucial leadership role to ensure the success of each outlet. Your main duties will include developing and executing strategies to enhance store performance, motivating and managing teams, recruiting exceptional talent, and acknowledging and rewarding remarkable contributions.
In this capacity, you will be vital in guiding your stores to achieve and surpass established standards and objectives. You will have the chance to mold each store to reflect our business vision, focusing on excellence in sales, operations, and customer service. Your typical week will consist of visiting your stores to evaluate strengths, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and utilize your leadership abilities to boost sales and profitability. Regular interactions with store managers and teams will enable you to set and track both individual and store-wide targets.

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of leadership experience in retail or hospitality.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Valid Driver's License.
