*Key Responsibilities*
As a Chaiiwala Area Manager, you will oversee multiple locations, focusing on sales growth, customer satisfaction, and team development. Your duties will encompass visiting each outlet, celebrating achievements, and identifying areas for improvement. You will establish objectives, motivate teams, and enhance the overall customer experience, ensuring each location embodies Chaiiwala's vibrant ethos.

Your role will involve empowering store managers and teams, driving sales performance, guiding staff training and career advancement, ensuring stores reflect the Chaiiwala spirit, excelling in store evaluations, and fostering a positive atmosphere.

  • At least 4 years of leadership experience in retail or hospitality.
