*Key Responsibilities:*
As a Chaiiwala Area Manager, you will oversee multiple locations, focusing on sales growth, customer satisfaction, and team development. Your role will involve:
  • Traveling to various stores to celebrate achievements and identify areas for improvement.
  • Setting performance targets and motivating teams to enhance the customer experience.
  • Empowering store managers and staff, driving sales, and ensuring alignment with Chaiiwala's vibrant ethos.
  • Conducting store audits and evaluations to maintain high standards.
  • Fostering a positive work environment that promotes enjoyment and engagement.

Essential Qualifications:
