As a Chaiiwala Area Manager, you'll oversee 10+ locations, driving sales, customer satisfaction, and team development. Your responsibilities include traveling to each store, celebrating successes, and addressing growth areas. You will set targets, inspire teams, and enhance the overall customer experience, ensuring each store reflects Chaiiwala's. vibrant spirit.

Your responsibilities include empowering managers and teams, driving sales and meeting targets, guiding staff training and career progression, ensuring stores reflect the Chaiiwala spirit, excelling in store audits and evaluations, and promoting positivity and enjoyment.

Essentials

Minimum 4 years of leadership experience in retail/hospitality. Flexibility for various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Driver’s License.
