About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Psychologist or DBT Therapist to join our Outpatient Clinic team at St Andrew's Healthcare. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for delivering outcome-based psychological therapy to working-age adults, with the opportunity to also work with adolescents and older adults.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a range of psychotherapeutic interventions to private and healthcare-funded clients
  • Supervise and lead on the delivery of psychotherapy interventions
  • Assess and interpret data to ensure treatment is being delivered effectively
  • Manage risk concerns in a patient-centred and effective manner

About You

We are looking for a clinician who is clearly able to demonstrate experience in delivering therapy according to evidenced-based guidelines. Experience of using a range of therapeutic modalities such as DBT, CBT, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, and EMDR would be an advantage. You will be confident in your ability to work both autonomously within community-based settings and collaboratively with other teams and professionals.
