About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team as a Senior Clinical Psychologist. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and forward-thinking organization, providing specialist psychological services to individuals with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide specialist assessments and psychological interventions to individuals with complex needs.
  • Lead and manage a team of Clinical Psychologists, providing supervision and guidance to ensure high-quality services are delivered.
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development of new services and programs, using evidence-based practices and research to inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and organizations to ensure seamless service delivery and effective communication.
Requirements
  • Post-graduate doctoral level training in applied psychology, including models of psychopathology, clinical psychometrics, and lifespan developmental psychology.
  • Knowledge of highly specialized psychological therapies and assessment methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
