Compensation Overview: Competitive OTE of £30,000 to £32,000 annually, with a base salary ranging from £25,000 to £27,000.

Role Overview: Are you enthusiastic about the automotive industry and possess exceptional customer service skills?

This position involves actively interacting with customers, establishing quick rapport, and providing expert advice on the products and services available to ensure they receive both their desired and necessary solutions.

You will guide and mentor your team to drive sales across the Halfords group by referring customers to services such as Tyres, MOT, and various car maintenance options. Your primary focus will be to recommend the most suitable solutions for customers, whether it involves on-site repairs, local Autocentre services, or arranging for our Mobile Expert van to assist at the customer's location.

Collaboration: With a talent for relationship-building, you will work closely with colleagues in our Autocentre and Mobile Expert teams to provide a cohesive customer experience.

Key Qualifications:

  • Outstanding communication and rapport-building abilities
  • Proven experience in delivering exceptional face-to-face customer service, preferably in a retail or automotive setting
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets by converting customer interactions into opportunities
  • Experience in supervising and coaching team members
  • A strong interest in or background with automotive products and services
