Role Overview: In this position, you will actively engage with customers, establishing quick rapport and providing expert advice on the various products and services offered by Halfords. Your goal is to ensure customers leave satisfied with both their wants and needs addressed.
Team Leadership: You will guide and support your team in driving sales across the Halfords group by referring customers to services such as Tyres, MOT, and general vehicle maintenance. Your recommendations will be pivotal, whether the solution is available in the car park, at a local Autocentre, or through our Halfords Mobile Expert service.
Collaboration: With your exceptional relationship-building skills, you will work closely with colleagues in both our Autocentre and Halfords Mobile Expert teams to ensure a smooth and cohesive customer experience.
