About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Space Planner to join our team. As a key member of our Business Unit, you will be responsible for developing and delivering the space strategy for our Business Unit, fully aligned to our overall strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and delivery of the space strategy for the Business Unit, ensuring alignment with our overall strategy.
  • Work closely with our I&F and Merchandising teams to optimize stock and align it with planned space through display type management, Stock Dashboard, ROS, MCO, and PRES management.
  • Drive space productivity using space data, insight, and analytics to inform grading optimization, densities, ratios, space %TTs, and SDG space allocation.
  • Share space performance data with Business Units on a weekly basis, highlighting opportunities for improvement and ensuring that this information is the most optimal view of space.
  • Continually refine processes and challenge ways of working.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of the Space/Merchandising critical path, process flows, competencies, and activities.
  • Drive and ownership, resilience, and determination to cut through.
  • Good knowledge of Space and Merchandising.
  • Good understanding of the Clothing & Home business and operation.
  • All relevant C&H, Space & Retail reporting, and merch systems, specifically: JDA floor planning, RP, MP, GMOR, PowerBI, Blue Yonder.
