Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Biostatistics and Operations to join our team at Warman O'Brien. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing clinical trial programs and projects, providing technical and operational leadership to project teams, and coaching and mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Management: Work with senior leadership to manage clinical trial programs and projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and oversight to project teams, ensuring the application of sound statistical methodologies and regulatory compliance.
  • Team Development: Coach, mentor, and develop junior team members, providing opportunities for growth and professional development.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of statistical and programming deliverables, performing regular quality control reviews and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Business Development: Contribute to business development activities, including cost estimation, proposal generation, and bid defense meetings.
Requirements
  • Education: Ph.D. degree in statistical science, mathematical analysis, or a related field, or a Master's degree in these fields.
  • Experience: Demonstrated exceptional ability and performance in biostatistics and programming leadership roles.
