Position Overview:

As a vital member of our Campaign Delivery Team, the Marketing Campaign Coordinator plays a crucial role in overseeing and executing our ongoing marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the workflow of Tier 2 projects from initial brief to final delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with workflow processes across our creative platforms.
  • Clarify project briefs and establish clear deliverables, budgets, and timelines.
  • Create detailed project timelines, including key milestones and dependencies.
  • Collaborate with the creative services team to identify and secure the best resource partners for asset delivery.
  • Work closely with Channel teams to gather necessary content and digital assets.
  • Ensure that all resource partners are properly briefed and manage rounds of amendments.
  • Review all work to ensure it aligns with brand standards and maintains high quality.
  • Participate in regular updates with the Campaign Delivery Manager to report on project status.
  • Manage any changes to the original brief, ensuring that change control is issued and budget adjustments are communicated.
  • Upload final assets into our Digital Asset Management system and ensure proper tagging.
  • Utilize campaign tracking tools to ensure data is captured for future reporting.
  • Conduct project debriefs to identify lessons learned and improve future processes.
  • Support Senior Campaign Executives in managing Tier 1 briefs and provide coverage during absences.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in executing comprehensive marketing campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Good interpersonal abilities and a proactive, self-motivated approach.
  • A keen eye for detail and a strong sense of creativity.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
