Position Summary: We are in search of a skilled and proactive Civil Site Manager to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will possess at least 5 years of experience in managing civil engineering projects. This role involves overseeing all phases of civil construction initiatives, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget constraints, and maintaining high-quality standards. Strong leadership, technical proficiency, and a solution-oriented mindset are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise all on-site operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards and project requirements.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, to facilitate seamless project delivery.
  • Track project progress, generate status updates, and proactively address any challenges to maintain project timelines.
  • Effectively allocate and manage resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality assurance and compliance with project specifications.
  • Establish and uphold safety protocols to foster a secure working environment.
  • Address and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise during the construction process.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of project activities, including daily logs, progress reports, and modifications.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in civil site management or a related discipline.
  • A proven history of successfully overseeing civil construction projects from start to finish.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction practices, materials, and regulatory requirements.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various job sites as necessary.
