Role Overview
As a Site Operations Supervisor, you will be instrumental in managing and coordinating site operations on our projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing and directing site teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Conducting regular site assessments to verify adherence to safety and compliance standards.
- Monitoring the use and upkeep of equipment to maximize efficiency.
- Providing leadership, guidance, and support to the site crew.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- SSSTS / SMSTS certification.
- Prior experience in supervising site operations.
- Comprehensive knowledge of site processes and methodologies.
- Willingness to travel and stay away from home as required.
- A valid UK driving license.
