Position Summary: We are currently looking for a skilled and proactive Civil Site Manager to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will possess at least 5 years of experience in managing civil engineering projects. This role involves overseeing all facets of construction operations, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage all on-site operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project requirements.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, to facilitate seamless project execution.
  • Track project progress, generate status updates, and proactively address any challenges to maintain project timelines.
  • Optimize the allocation and use of resources, including workforce, materials, and equipment.
  • Conduct routine site evaluations to ensure compliance with quality standards and project specifications.
  • Establish and uphold safety measures and procedures to foster a secure working environment.
  • Address and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise during the construction phase.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all project activities, including daily logs and progress reports.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in civil site management or a related discipline.
  • A proven history of successfully overseeing civil construction projects from start to finish.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and regulatory requirements.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various job sites as necessary.
