CONMED Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager Marketing to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our Foot & Ankle portfolio in international regions.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with US-based teams to develop and execute core upstream projects.
- Coordinate and communicate with international regions and countries to ensure successful product launches.
- Lead marketing efforts for global meetings, including international focus at GSM with R&D, Marketing, RAQA, and key functions.
- Build strong relationships with international commercial leaders and supporting functions to ensure clear communication and alignment of market needs and priorities.
- Liaise with international design team members and/or HCP consultants to gather VOC feedback on new product opportunities.
- Represent the marketing function in the OEM NPD process and support external technology assessments and in-region distribution agreements.
- Ensure successful achievement of international marketing, training, and clinical programs for assigned products.
- Collaborate with US marketing, sales, and supply chain functions to guide and support selling activities to meet sales revenue and operating earnings targets.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years' marketing/in-line brand management experience in the medical device sector.
- Prior experience in F&A Sales and Marketing.
- Strong technical ability to understand and interpret data, investigate problems, and provide solutions.
This role will be a remote position based in Europe, requiring significant international travel. Flexibility in schedule is required, including occasional overnight and weekend travel, subject to management approval.
