Purpose of Position
The Scheduling Coordinator's primary role is to provide exceptional customer service and scheduling support to internal and external customers. This involves coordinating training schedules, managing customer relationships, and ensuring seamless communication between stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships and provide timely scheduling support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate training schedules and activities to meet customer needs and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate effectively with customers, instructors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth training operations.
- Monitor and update customer information to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Provide administrative support to the training team, including data entry and record-keeping.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry developments to ensure compliance and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Aviation Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, scheduling, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
