As a Spa Attendant, you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless operation of our luxurious Agua Spa. Your role will encompass maintaining the pristine condition of all spa facilities, assisting our valued guests, and providing essential support to our skilled therapists to deliver an unparalleled spa experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of all spa areas, including treatment rooms, relaxation zones, and changing facilities, ensuring they are well-stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Welcome and assist guests, offering detailed information about the spa's services and amenities.
  • Prepare treatment rooms meticulously before and after each service, adhering to the spa's high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Oversee laundry operations, ensuring a sufficient supply of fresh towels and linens is always available.
  • Support therapists by preparing treatment areas and providing assistance during various treatments.
  • Regularly monitor and maintain spa facilities, including saunas, steam rooms, and showers, ensuring they are in optimal condition.
  • Promptly report any maintenance concerns or safety issues to the Spa Manager.
  • Assist with inventory management and the procurement of spa supplies.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring a secure environment for both guests and staff.
