The Role: As an Estate Manager, you will:

  1. Manage an extensive portfolio of approximately 100 sites across Southern UK & Ireland, ensuring optimal property utilization and financial performance.
  2. Provide expert advice on property management, lease issues, and collaborate closely with construction and facilities management teams to drive business growth.
  3. Ensure financial diligence in managing rents and other liabilities, contributing to cost-saving strategies and enhancing the company's bottom line.
  4. Engage in property transactions including rent reviews, lease renewals, and more, supporting the Head of Estates in strategic property decisions.

Requirements:

  1. An innovative and adaptable professional with at least 3 years of multi-site property or estate experience, with a proven track record of success.
  2. Must possess a full UK Driving License for site visits, with a strong understanding of property management principles and practices.
