We are currently looking for an Estates Manager to take charge of our capital investment strategy and maintenance initiatives across various educational institutions. Reporting directly to the Director of Estates, you will collaborate with school leaders and facilities management teams to pinpoint estates priorities and manage capital investment strategies and significant maintenance projects, ensuring compliance with Department for Education (DfE) standards.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong customer service orientation and a proactive mindset, with the flexibility to adjust to various stakeholder needs. A background in the built environment, whether from a consultancy or client-side perspective, is preferred, along with a proven history of managing multiple estates projects in accordance with DfE guidelines. Experience working with educational clients is highly advantageous. Candidates who are Chartered or on the path to Chartership (e.g., RICS, CHPP, RIBA, or equivalent) are encouraged to apply, although those with relevant experience will also be considered.

This position will primarily be home-based, requiring regular travel to educational institutions, as well as occasional visits to the organization's central offices.
