About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Manager to join our client's in-house Property Management team. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a single estate in Birmingham, comprising 600 units with grounds and an on-site management office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a single estate with a team of contractors and provide excellent service levels to residents.
  • Work from home and the site office as required, with visibility on site essential for managing contractors and providing good service levels.
  • Be part of a well-supported team with competent accounts, administrative, and assistant property managers to ensure you can provide the best service possible.
  • Have a strong focus on resident care and quality management, with a genuine career path and job security.
  • Have a driving license and car, although not essential, as you will only manage one large site in Central Birmingham.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of leasehold experience, preferably progressing from Assistant Property Manager level.
  • A stable career history and a desire to progress your career long-term.
  • Outstanding communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a team.
