About the Role

Carrington West is seeking a highly skilled Town Planner to join their multidisciplinary team. As a Town Planner, you will play a crucial role in delivering projects nationally across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement urban development plans to meet client needs
  • Collaborate with architects, landscape designers, and other stakeholders to deliver projects
  • Conduct site visits and analyze data to inform planning decisions
  • Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to ensure project success
  • Manage case loads and assist with complex projects
Requirements
  • 12-18 months experience in the public or private sector as a Town Planner
  • Membership of the RTPI and chartered status
  • Full UK driving license and willingness to travel for site visits
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
