Job Summary
Vivid Resourcing is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Urban Planner to join our team. As a key member of our planning consultancy, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients across a range of sectors, including development, property, and local government.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit planning applications and appeals on behalf of clients
- Conduct planning appraisals and develop planning strategies to support client objectives
- Represent clients at development plan examinations and other planning-related events
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on planning-related matters
Requirements
- Post-graduate degree in a relevant field, such as town planning or a related discipline
- Chartered membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute (MRTPI) or equivalent
- Proven experience in planning consultancy or local government, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results
- Excellent analytical, presentation, and writing skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex ideas to clients and stakeholders
