We are seeking an experienced Town Planner to join our client's team in Cheshire. As an integral part of their growing team, you will provide support for major planning submissions in the renewables, regeneration, and rural sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide planning support for major projects in the renewables, regeneration, and rural sectors
  • Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver projects
  • Manage projects from land acquisition to planning submissions
  • Develop and implement public engagement strategies
  • Conduct impact assessments and provide recommendations

Requirements:

  • Relevant MSc (or equivalent) in a planning discipline
