Lead Environmental Impact Assessment Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) specialist to join our team at Ramboll Group A/S. As a key member of our EIA team, you will be responsible for managing and delivering environmental inputs to urban regeneration and master planning projects across the UK.

About the Role

  • Lead and manage EIA projects, providing strategic and project-specific environmental advice to clients and stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain trusted advisor relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify EIA and environmental business opportunities
  • Direct and manage EIA and environmental input for urban regeneration and master planning projects
  • Mentor and line manage team members

Requirements

  • Appropriate degree in environmental sciences, environmental engineering, or a related discipline
  • Strong track record in EIA consultancy in the urban regeneration sector
  • Thorough understanding of the UK policy and regulatory framework for EIA
  • Ability to confidently engage with stakeholders and collaborate on projects
  • Experience of managing a team and managing budgets
  • Good client management skills and commercial awareness
