Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the commercial department in achieving business objectives and driving revenue growth.
- Develop knowledge and skills to become an effective charter sales executive, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
- Handle customer enquiries, make offers, and accept bookings as directed, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
- Coordinate with Customer Services for flight operations, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate with clients to procure the best value for the company and airline partners, leveraging industry knowledge and market trends.
- Provide detailed and accurate information to clients, ensuring transparency and trust.
- Follow up regularly with clients to work towards booking confirmation, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all contracts, insurance, and regulatory matters are accurate and legally compliant, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Liaise with clients and suppliers on contract-related issues, resolving any disputes or concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Identify opportunities to grow the business in new and existing markets, leveraging industry knowledge and market trends.
- Visit potential clients to generate further business, building strong relationships and identifying new opportunities.
- Develop new business through initiative, following up on leads, client recommendations, and proactive networking, ensuring a high level of business growth.
- Engage in cold calling to build on our portfolio of existing clients, leveraging industry knowledge and market trends.
Requirements:
- Vocational experience within the aviation industry with an aircraft operator or handler is desirable but not essential.
- Knowledge of the aviation market, including aircraft types, is desirable but not essential.
- Ability to manage relationships with demanding customers from different cultures in a discreet and professional manner.
- Capability to deal with difficult clients calmly and effectively.
