Role Overview
We are currently recruiting for an Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team at Daventry. As an Account Manager, you will be an integral part of our sales team, responsible for managing and nurturing existing customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities. Your primary goal will be to achieve sales targets while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a deep knowledge of our product offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and Maintain Strong Relationships
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers in the multi-metal sector, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions based on our range of products and services.
Identify and Develop New Business OpportunitiesProactively identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation and research, staying up to date with industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscapes.
Provide Exceptional Customer ServiceHandle incoming customer inquiries, provide price quotes, and process orders promptly and accurately, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a deep knowledge of our product offerings.
Collaborate with the Sales TeamCollaborate closely with the external sales team to coordinate sales efforts and ensure customer satisfaction.
