About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Sous Chef to become a vital part of our exceptional events kitchen team.
With over two decades of expertise, Rhubarb Hospitality Collection is celebrated for orchestrating some of the most prestigious events in London and beyond. From stunning canapé receptions to sophisticated weddings and remarkable charity galas, we bring a unique flair to every occasion.
As a Sous Chef, you will collaborate closely with our esteemed Head Chef and culinary development team, playing a crucial role in crafting our renowned events, ensuring that every dish, bowl, and canapé is executed to perfection.
Your base will be our state-of-the-art kitchen, with occasional travel to various events across London. The Sous Chef will be an integral member of a dedicated team of 20 culinary professionals.
In this position, you will oversee different sections of the kitchen and lead events as necessary.
Ideal Candidate:
The perfect candidate will possess a solid background in a comparable role within an event catering environment, production kitchen, luxury hotel, or venue.
A stable and progressive career in high-end restaurants (preferably with rosette recognition) is highly desirable, along with a comprehensive understanding of food trends and the London dining landscape.
