Sam's Kitchen is a high-end restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with occasional monthly supper clubs and special dinner events in the evening. Our first site opened in Hammersmith in June 2023 and it quickly became a popular destination in the area.

Job Description

We are seeking a talented Sous Chef to join our team at Sam's Kitchen in Turnham Green Terrace, Chiswick. As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen at both locations in Chiswick & Hammersmith.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Head Chef in managing the kitchen team
  • Oversee food preparation and presentation
  • Ensure high-quality standards are met
  • Manage inventory and supplies
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve excellent customer service
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar environment
  • Reliable, hard working, and a team player
  • Fully flexible to work evenings, daytimes, and weekends
  • Competitive rates of pay
