About the Role

Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our client's team. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for managing a team of finance business partners, providing financial expertise and guidance to support business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of finance business partners, providing training and development opportunities to ensure their success.
  • Work closely with Operations Managers and Directors to ensure the success of high-profile projects.
  • Identify and manage risks and opportunities, providing financial expertise to support business growth.
  • Oversee budgets and forecasts, ensuring accurate financial planning and reporting.
  • Contribute to change and systems projects, driving business improvement and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Professional accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) and extensive business partnering experience.
  • Recent and up-to-date experience working within manufacturing finance, with a strong understanding of costings.
  • Leadership experience is desirable, but not essential if you have a passion for managing and developing teams.
