About the Role

The Center Director is a key leadership position at Study Group, responsible for managing the contractual partnership with our university partners and leading the team to meet their expectations for student intake, outcomes, and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a center strategy that supports growth through delivering exceptional student outcomes, increasing student numbers, and generating staff commitment to maximizing business opportunities.
  • Lead and manage the Senior Center Leadership Team to achieve the center's goals and objectives.
  • Oversight of excellent teaching, learning opportunities, academic standards, and student outcomes, ensuring all regulatory obligations are met.
  • Encourage adherence to diversity, inclusion, and belonging in everything we do.
  • Manage all aspects of the partnership, including university senior management, academics, student and estates departments, and the university registry.
  • Grow revenue for the center by working closely with university and Study Group sales & marketing teams.
  • Oversee and manage the partnership account for all products and solutions contracted with the university.
  • Maximize profit by ensuring the center is run efficiently and identifying opportunities for new products and solutions.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree.
  • Leadership and/or management training or demonstrable experience of leading an organization of similar size and complexity for a minimum of 3 years.
  • Experience leading in an academic environment.
  • Ability to plan and run complex education courses and programs.
  • Experience developing annual budgets and managing finances against an agreed budget.
  • Commercial account management experience.
  • Stakeholder management and engagement in complex environments.
  • Partnership working and/or partnership management experience in the education sector.
  • Experience running or involvement in projects in an education setting.
  • Ability to lead teams in a regulated environment, ensuring compliance.
  • Understanding of the International Student environment.
  • Teaching experience in UK higher or further education and/or teaching international students.
  • Ability to lead and facilitate change.
  • Experience leading and/or working in digitally enabled environments.
