Part-Time Office Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Office Assistant to join our dynamic team at Office Angels. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with our Finance and Accounts Officer to ensure accurate bookkeeping and invoicing
  • Manage monthly invoicing, direct debits, and maintain accurate processing of supplier invoices
  • Support the Lettings Lead with administrative tasks and provide exceptional customer service
