About the Role:

Elevation Recruitment Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketplace Manager to join our client's team. Our client is a global design and manufacturing company dedicated to providing top-quality products and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketplace Management:
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our online stores on Amazon, eBay, Shopify, and other relevant marketplaces.
    • Ensure all product listings are accurate, optimised for search, and compliant with each platform's guidelines.
    • Monitor and manage inventory levels across all platforms, coordinating with the supply chain team to ensure availability and timely restocking.
    • Handle product pricing, promotions, descriptions, images, and discounts to remain competitive and drive sales.
    • Manage the launch of new products on all marketplaces, ensuring they are effectively presented and marketed.
  • Sales Optimisation:
    • Conduct keyword research and optimise product listings to improve search rankings and visibility on each platform.
    • Implement strategies to enhance product discoverability and conversion rates.
    • Manage promotions, deals, and discounts to maximise sales and profitability.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
    • Track and analyse sales performance, customer reviews, and overall marketplace health.
    • Generate regular reports on key metrics such as sales, traffic, conversion rates, and profitability.
    • Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement to maximise marketplace potential.
    • Conduct competitor analysis to stay ahead of market trends and implement best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of managing online marketplaces, specifically Amazon, eBay, and Shopify.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving marketplace performance.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, SEO, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in using marketplace management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership.
