Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Senior E-Commerce Manager to enhance our online retail capabilities. This role will focus on formulating and executing our digital commerce strategy, improving customer interactions, and ensuring the effective functioning of our online sales platform. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing e-commerce systems, especially Shopify, and will be adept at overseeing agencies, large-scale e-commerce transformation initiatives, and performance enhancement.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years in the e-commerce sector, with a strong preference for experience in Shopify and a background in consumer goods being advantageous.
  • Comprehensive understanding of various e-commerce platforms, trends, and technologies, along with a strong capability to evaluate and analyze performance indicators to guide strategic choices.
  • Solid technical skills, including knowledge of conversion rate optimization, search engine optimization, and user experience design. Familiarity with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and Shopify Liquid is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Experience in establishing e-commerce strategies across multiple global markets, functioning as part of an omni-channel brand. Proven track record in managing extensive e-commerce projects and collaborating with external agencies and service providers.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a proven capacity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders, as well as demonstrable experience in building and leading high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy that aligns with broader business objectives and promotes growth across all international markets.
  • Oversee the daily operations of our websites, including the development of new features and initiatives focused on conversion rate optimization (CRO), testing, and user experience (UX) to create a premier digital experience.
  • Lead a continuous improvement program by consistently measuring and analyzing our e-commerce performance metrics, leveraging insights to drive enhancements, and staying current with the latest e-commerce technologies and trends to ensure our platform remains cutting-edge.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a proficient e-commerce team, nurturing a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors, ensuring effective collaboration and service delivery.
