We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Business Support Officer to join our Housing Allocations department. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support for our choice-based allocations scheme, Keyways.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide advice and assistance to customers on the Council's housing register.
- Assist the Allocations Manager in the day-to-day operation of Keyways.
- Process all housing applications to agreed standards and timescales.
- Notify all housing applicants of their application status and how to bid.
- Respond to applicants' enquiries concerning all aspects of the Keyways scheme.
