We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Business Support Officer to join our Housing Allocations department. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support for our choice-based allocations scheme, Keyways.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide advice and assistance to customers on the Council's housing register.
  • Assist the Allocations Manager in the day-to-day operation of Keyways.
  • Process all housing applications to agreed standards and timescales.
  • Notify all housing applicants of their application status and how to bid.
  • Respond to applicants' enquiries concerning all aspects of the Keyways scheme.
