We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts/Office Administrator to join our team on a 12-month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our finance team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and process orders.
- Masterdata Management: Identify and resolve discrepancies in customer information, set up new customer accounts, and perform credit checks.
- Expense Management: Review and process employee expenses, including out-of-pocket expenses and Barclaycard statements.
- Month-End Processes: Post journals, reconcile balance sheets, and perform intercompany reconciliations.
- Purchase Ledger Management: Match bills to purchase orders, obtain authorization for invoices, and process payments.
- Administrative Tasks: Open and sort mail, file documents, and perform other administrative duties as required.
- Previous finance experience in a similar role.
- IT literacy, with knowledge of SAP and MS Office suite.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Strong communication skills.
