Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Paediatric Registered Nurse to join our team at Sonderwell, focusing on delivering exceptional care to young clients in their own homes.

We provide a comprehensive onboarding experience, including training and a paid induction period.

During your induction, you will have the chance to shadow an experienced team member, allowing you to familiarize yourself with your responsibilities and colleagues.

Your management team and peers will be there to support you as you transition into your new role, ensuring you feel confident and prepared.

We prioritize your ongoing development, whether it involves pursuing an NVQ or specialized training in specific areas of care.

In this role, you will work closely with clients in their homes, assisting them with daily activities and routines.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Administering enteral feeding
  • Managing medication
  • Providing non-invasive ventilation
  • Being a registered pediatric nurse

Support and Development:
Working with Sonderwell is about more than just caregiving; it's about building relationships and trust with clients and their families.

If you possess a compassionate nature and relevant experience, we will provide you with access to both online and in-person training tailored to complex care needs, as well as opportunities to pursue a relevant NVQ.


Depending on client needs, you may work independently or as part of a collaborative team. If desired, you can support multiple clients based on your availability.

Before commencing your role, you will have the opportunity to meet your client and their family, ensuring a smooth introduction.

Throughout your work, you will receive ongoing support from a Care Coordinator or Nurse Manager, who will be available to address any queries you may have.

You will also have access to our 'Carer App', a valuable resource for information and insights to enhance your caregiving experience.
