Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated individual to provide exceptional customer service and support to our guests. As a Head Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for ensuring that their experience is nothing short of exceptional.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the front desk and reception area, ensuring that it is always clean and tidy and that all necessary materials and equipment are available.
  • Coordinate with the restaurant team to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Process guest payments and handle cash and credit transactions.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest feedback and complaints.
  • Collaborate with the management team to implement new procedures and policies.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar high-end restaurant environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
