About the Role

As a Head Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for managing the reception area, handling customer inquiries, and providing information about our services and facilities. You will also be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, resolving any issues that may arise, and ensuring that our guests feel welcome and valued.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
