Critical Care Nurse

We are seeking an exceptional Critical Care Nurse to join our team at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a Critical Care Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in our state-of-the-art critical care unit.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individualized care to critically ill patients, working closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account the patient's medical history, current condition, and treatment goals.
- Monitor and manage patients' vital signs, administering medications and treatments as prescribed by the medical team.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
- Participate in education and training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with the latest critical care practices and research.
