Critical Care Nurse

We are seeking an experienced Critical Care Nurse to join our team at the Churchill Intensive Care Unit (CICU) at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. As a Critical Care Nurse, you will work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care to patients with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide patient-centered care that is underpinned by the Trust's values.
- Work collaboratively with patients and their families to create personalized care plans.
- Maintain and develop high standards of nursing practice, reflecting the latest evidence-based guidelines.
- Conduct oneself in a professional manner and be a role model to others, adhering to The Code (NMC 2015).
- Assist in the strategic planning of the AICU service by participating in unit initiatives and providing feedback.
- Provide leadership and supervision for junior team members and in the clinical area.

We are looking for an experienced Critical Care Nurse with a Post Graduate Certificate in Critical Care nursing. Band 6 experience in Critical Care is desirable.
