Critical Care Nurse

Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced critical care nurse to join our dynamic team as a Deputy Sister/Charge Nurse in the Cardiac Thoracic Critical Care Unit (CTCCU). This challenging and exciting role offers opportunities to develop specialist critical care skills and contribute to delivering compassionate excellence in patient care.
Main DutiesThe successful candidate will require relevant demonstrable skills in high dependency/intensive care nursing with a post-registration qualification in ITU/critical care nursing. They will be expected to demonstrate motivation, enthusiasm, and leadership skills while delivering patient-centred care within a highly technical environment. The role will involve bedside nursing care and unit coordination.
