Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the entire client inception process.
  • Ensure strict adherence to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.
  • Develop and maintain effective client onboarding procedures.
  • Liaise with various departments to ensure seamless client integration.
  • Keep up-to-date with changes in AML regulations and implement necessary changes.
  • Provide training to team members on client inception and AML processes.
  • Manage a team of professionals working on client inception and AML compliance.
  • Report to senior management on client inception and AML activities.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Law, Business, or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering regulations.
  • Experience in risk and compliance at a law firm.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions
