We are seeking an experienced AML Manager to join our risk and compliance function at QED Legal. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the firm's client inception process and system, providing expert advice on file opening, including CDD, PEPs, SoF/SoW, Sanctions, and Adverse Media Checks.
Key Responsibilities- Lead day-to-day requests and work closely with the MLRO to manage the client onboarding process
- Create and provide training to the wider business on AML and CDD requirements
- Manage operations of the client onboarding software and develop firmwide CDD processes and procedures
- Experience in risk and compliance, specifically within a law firm
