Job Title: Finance Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Project Coordinator to join our Global Managed Services Finance Team.

About the Role:

  • Support the finance project lead in planning and delivering projects, ensuring timely completion.
  • Coordinate project activities, resources, and deliverables, maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Organize meetings, record minutes, and ensure key decisions and actions are captured.
  • Liaise with project stakeholders, providing updates and addressing inquiries.
  • Escalate issues impacting task completion within set timescales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with project planning, resource allocation, and task management.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including project managers, developers, and finance teams.
  • Identify and escalate potential issues, ensuring timely resolution.

About You:

  • Proven experience in project coordination or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing demands and priorities.
  • Intermediate Excel skills and proficiency in math and English.
